Timber Banks is a family-owned and operated business located in Central New York. When the property was purchased in 2019, the original vision was to expand a housing development. However, the property also included a stunning Jack Nicklaus-designed golf course, and it quickly became clear that something truly special was at hand.
The focus shifted to creating a welcoming clubhouse, which would become a premier location for hosting events, from weddings to corporate gatherings, with breathtaking views and a prime setting. Along with the clubhouse, Persimmons Restaurant was introduced, offering an exceptional Country Club Fusion dining experience. A marina along the picturesque Seneca River was also added, providing a tranquil retreat for boaters and visitors.
Timber Banks has since evolved into a cherished destination. What started as a dream has grown into a community hub, and it’s now hard to imagine Timber Banks without its thriving event space, restaurant, and marina. It’s a place where memories are made, and where people come together to enjoy unforgettable experiences.
